Hum...we had a bit of a rough night. As the medicine was wearing off that I am taking to relax my uterus I had about 6 fairly strong contractions in one hour and then another 4 the next. I called the on call dr after the first 6, she said to come in if I had 4 contractions in the next hour but I fell asleep after that. The medicine keeps me from sleeping for about an hour and a half after taking it and makes my heart pound. So it is a little challenging to relax in that time.
I am waiting anxiously to get a hold of my dr today and to get in to see him. I was feeling like the medicine wasn't doing much but I guess after last night I realize that is not true. I'd rather not end up in the hospital but the primary goal is to keep the baby inside so I will do what I need to.
I am finding that I worry most about the baby at night. Things are just harder to deal with at night I guess and I worry about Joshie in the morning. He is doing great but there is just no way to explain this or any other changes that might happen soon. While I am busy during the day I can almost believe that nothing much is wrong and I am just hanging out on the couch.
